Press Text:
Tic Tac Toe is back on wax with 4 strong names -> Mathias Schaffhäuser, Miro Pajic, Chroma and label boss Patrick Bateman. From minimal to techno!

A1. Miro Pajic & Chroma – Crack Line
Bleep bleep bleeeeeeeeep. For us a typical example of Miro’s fantastic work and added to this a booty shaking touch from Chroma. This track rocks the shit out of every floor we have tested it, with its fat bassline and crazy bleepiness.

A2. Patrick Bateman – Homo Sapiens
Trippy and bleepy techno, which lately has been Bateman’s trademark, is the dominant part of this track plus the vocal talking about humans and their destruction of the earth.

B1. Mathias Schaffhäuser – Kirre
A track that keeps building and building for 10 minutes. A great groove, some weird noises and then some hard hitting stabs to round it all off. This one is a sure floor mover!

Limited release, only 300 copies!

Support from:
Miss Kittin, Troy Pierce, Alexi Delano, Paco Osuna, Dubfire, Lee Curtiss, Mikael Stavöstrand, Shinedoe, Jeremy P. Caulfield, Gavin Herlihy, Magda, Pig & Dan, Funk D’Void, Maetrik, Ahmet Sisman , Markus Guentner, Mark Henning, Pawas, Brothers’ Vibe, Losoul, Benjamin Fehr, Someone Else, Insideout, Liapin, Franco Bianco, Ptoile, Gurtz, Tim Xavier, Dana Ruh, Skoozbot, Jeff Milligan, Electric Indigo, Ziggy Kinder, Jorge Savoretti, and many more…

Tracklist (click to listen):
1. Kirre
2. Steppke
3. Kirre (Demo Version)

Tic Tac Toe Records is very happy to bring yet another new signing to the roster of great artists, this time no less than Mathias Schaffhäuser from Cologne Germany.

Mathias is of course no newcomer, and should be known to everybody, but let’s just put some facts on the table right away:
9 albums, more than 40 12” and more than 50 remixes.
Been working with more or less every top artist and top label in the business since 1994.
In 2008 his label WARE released its 10-year anniversary release and to date they have released more than 85 releases.

Kirre
A track that keeps building and building for 10 minutes. A great groove, some weird noises and then some hard hitting stabs to round it all off. This one is a sure floor mover!

Steppke
Where the title track was more focused on the driving dance floor, this track is kept a bit on the laid back kind of minimal side of things. Subtle changes throughout the track, playing around and a moody feeling all over makes this a great one for the Sundays.

Kirre (Demo Version)
Mathias (and we) thought it would be funny to include the first version of Kirre. It is of course build up much like the final version, but the big difference is the change of the stab, which in this first version is way more edgy and ‘electronic’.

Supported by these fine DJ’s:
Miss Kittin, Markus Guentner, Mark Henning, Maetrik, Jorge Savoretti, Brothers’ Vibe, Tim Xavier, Gurtz, Losoul, Benjamin Fehr, Alexi Delano, Paco Osuna, Lee Curtiss, Derek Plaslaiko, Alejandro Vivanco, Jin Choi, Someone Else, Marcel Janovsky, Ziggy Kinder, Noir, Djuma Soundsystem, Breger (Tonkind), Pawas Gupta, Electric Indigo, Miro Pajic, Finn Johannsen (Macro Records), Chroma, Attemporal, Carlos Alfonsin, Raymundo Rodriguez, Franco Bianco, Mieka Du Franx, Nico Lahs, Big Bully, Jacob Husley (WetYourSelf), Sabb, Mathias Mesteño and many more…

Track list (click to listen):
1. Homo Sapiens
2. Homo Sapiens (Miro Pajic Remix)

Label owner Patrick Bateman (aka Kenneth Broxgaard) finally returns home to his own label with a piece of slamming techno.

After remixing James Teej, Aka Aka, Miro Pajic, Tylutki, Jonny White, Patrick Zigon, Big Bully and Sabb over the last 1.5 years, Patrick Bateman is ready again with some of his own material.

Trippy and bleepy techno, which lately has been Bateman’s trademark, is the dominant part of this track plus the vocal talking about humans and their destruction of the earth.

2. Homo Sapiens (Miro Pajic Remix)
Miro Pajic, our Berlin friend is back on Tic Tac Toe, we just can’t get enough of his dark sounds. On this remix he goes all in with the mind bending stuff. 11½ minutes of pure bass-driven, vocal-stretching mind-minimal-funk!

Miro Pajic & Chroma – Crack Line EP – Tic Tac Toe

16/03/2010

Cat.: TTT-Digi-008
Label: Tic Tac Toe Records
Format: Digital
Release date: March 16th (Beatport) – March 30th (all other digital shops)
Style: Minimal
Mastering: Dietrich Schönemann/Complete USA

Tracks (click to listen):
1. Crack Line 8:18
2. Puzzled 7:43
3. Meek 6:29

Tic Tac Toe Records welcomes back Miro Pajic. This time he has teamed up with another well-known Berlin resident, Chroma and the output is a 3 tracker of pure brain candy.

Stephanie Kühn aka Chroma discovered her love for electronic music back in 95/96 and in 2001 she started to DJ and also promote her own parties. Nowadays she is still doing a few parties a year in Berlin, but she is using most of her time playing at clubs every week (Arena, Watergate, WeekEnd, Visionäre, Goldengate, Berghain Kantine, Maria and many many more).
Finally in 2008 she started producing and up until now she have had 2 releases on the great label Stil vor Talent.

1. Crack Line
Bleep bleep bleeeeeeeeep. For us a typical example of Miro’s fantastic work and added to this a booty shaking touch from Chroma. This track rocks the shit out of every floor we have tested it, with its fat bassline and crazy bleepiness.

2. Puzzled
This track relies more on spooky noises coming from every corner of the room, combined with a straight forward drum programming.

3. Meek
Last track sees Miro & Chroma going deep, dark and spooky. Again fat bassline, great drum and percussion programming and on top some spooky sci-fi sounds. Brain candy we call it here at Tic Tac Toe headquarters ;o)

Support from these fine DJ’s:
Magda, Ahmet Sisman, Tim Xavier, Dana Ruh, Brothers’ Vibe, Skoozbot, Someone Else, Mikael Stavöstrand, Paco Osuna, Pig & Dan, Big Bully, Alexi Delano, Funk D’Void, Maetrik, Benjamin Fehr, James Teej, Jeff Milligan, Gurtz, Franco Bianco and many more…

Various – The Sound Of Berlin – Tic Tac Toe (vinyl)

12/03/2010

Cat.: TTT028
Label: Tic Tac Toe Records
Format: Vinyl
Release date: March 19th 2010
Style: Minimal/Techno

Tracks (click to listen):
A1 Miro Pajic – No Worries 7:22
A2 Berkant Suer – BLK MRR 6:43
B1 Benjamin Fehr – Do What You Lie! (The Result Remix) 9:35

Tic Tac Toe Records is happy to present the first vinyl of our many upcoming small compilations of tracks which was previously released digital only. On this release we have 3 cool guys from Berlin presenting the true underground sound!

A1. Miro Pajic – No Worries
No Worries was the first track we got from Miro. The mixture of weird minimal craziness and the vocal got us hooked right away and the same happened to the crowds when Miro played this track at a beach party in Copenhagen last year, and recently at EGG in London!

A2. Berkant Suer – BLK MRR
Fantastic bouncy track, with a great bassline and lot’s of spooky noises coming from every corner of the room. Berkant surely is the man of weirdness!

B1. Benjamin Fehr – Do What You Lie! (The Result Remix)
The Result is Falko Brocksieper and Benjamin Fehr project together, and their remix is leaning towards the more experimental side of things. Still heavily using the vocal snippet and speaks throughout the track. Spiced up with spacey sounds and noises, makes this track a real head candy.

Limited release, only 300 copies!

Support from: Radio Slave, Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer, Maetrik, Loco Dice, Paco Osuna, Robag Whrume, Alexi Delano, Camea, Mark-Henning, Tim Xavier, Brothers’ Vibe, Insideout, Jeremy P. Caulfield, Skoozbot, Troy Pierce, Laurent Garnier, Basti Tiefschwarz, Gavin Herlihy, Liapin, Dana Ruh and many many more…
